River is owned and loved by Karen and Kevin Finlay. River has been a very fast learner and just made her racing debut in fall of 2008. Kevin & Karen adopted her from an Ohio Cattle Dog rescue organization in 2007 and have quickly turned her into an fantastic flyball dog. River posted two 4.0's in single dog racing July 2009. River is the fastest Stumpy Tailed Cattle Dog in U-fli.
